I initially sought coaching with Ehren and her Online Fitness Kickboxing Program because I struggled with accountability and constantly burned out after 6-8 weeks of any fitness routine. My hectic work schedule made committing to regular classes during normal or evening hours challenging. I had reservations about fitting workouts into my busy life and was concerned about scheduling conflicts.
