Hey Ladies! I created Essential Fitness and The Midlife Shift Method because I kept seeing faithful, hardworking midlife women silently struggle, exhausted, overwhelmed, and feeling like their bodies were working against them. I knew God had more for them than that.

After 20+ years in fitness, martial arts, and coaching hundreds of midlife women, I discovered a truth that changed everything: Strength is not vanity, it’s stewardship.
