Is this program faith-based?

Yes, in a gentle, supportive way.
The Midlife Shift is rooted in stewardship, discipline, identity, and honoring the body God entrusted to you.
We don’t preach… but we do empower you with spiritual encouragement, mind-body alignment, and faith-led confidence.

I’ve tried so many programs… what makes this different?

What’s different is that this is built for your stage of life, a woman in midlife.
It’s not a cookie-cutter plan designed for 20-somethings with perfect hormones and hours to burn.
This method takes into account your hormones, stress levels, and metabolism, and provides you with support, coaching, and real structure.

What if I have no time? I’m already juggling work, kids, and life.

I hear you, and that’s exactly why this method works.
Everything is designed for midlife women with real schedules.
Workouts are just 30 minutes or less, if needed, and can be done at home. Your plan is tailored to your lifestyle, not someone else’s.

What's the difference between Online Training and In-Person Training?

Well, the main one is that it's all done virtually. You no longer need to schedule in-person training sessions, as I upload your workouts at the beginning of the week. It is up to you when you complete these daily workouts and when you fit them into your schedule. 

I’m not in shape. Will this be too hard for me?

Nope. You do not need to be fit to start.
Everything we do is customized to your starting point, no matter your age, weight, or fitness level.
We build strength safely and progressively so you feel confident, not intimidated.

Where is the Accountability aspect if it's Online?

I will be notified when you've completed a workout for workouts in my private training app. I send frequent daily reminders if you still need to complete your workout. I recommend you sync your Fitbit, Apple Watch, Garmin, or Google Fit to the app so I can track your heart rate and energy expenditure. Nutritionally, you can track your meals with the meal tracking feature in my private app. From there, I can track your daily menu and give you pointers/tweaks as I see fit. Accountability is more prevalent online vs. in person because I can watch your every move and know that you are working out more than the common 2-3x a week in person.

How do I know if I'm doing it all correctly? What if I need to ask questions?

With the 24/7 two-way messaging in the app, I can quickly answer all your questions. Through our weekly coaching sessions, we can discuss your form, technique, and any obstacles you're experiencing in your training program, and set weekly goals. (I will reply within regular business hours.)

How do we track my progress?

We can track your progress throughout your program with monthly measurements and photo diaries. My private app will prompt you exactly where to take measurements and how to pose for pictures. The app stores these pictures for tracking; only you and I can view them.

What if I'm traveling and don't have my usual equipment?

Let me research where you're staying and what gym amenities they have at your stay, and I will create your workouts accordingly. No equipment at all? No problem, I can set up full-body weight workouts that require zero equipment.
