My own faith changed the way I think about health.
I spent years focused on food, weight, and how my body looked. Over time, I learned to shift my focus toward properly fueling my body, building strength, and caring for my health so I can be capable and ready for what God has given me to do.
Today, that belief is at the heart of how I coach women.
Iâm Coach Ehren Curbelo, founder of Essential Fitness Coaching and creator of the Midlife Shift Coaching Method. I help women build strength and care for their health through physical, nutritional, mental, and spiritual restoration.
